Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return
- Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

- Final sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Skin Sensitivity Disclaimer
Individual skin responses vary. We recommend patch testing before full use.
Refunds cannot be issued due to personal skin reactions once a product has been opened.
